To log-in to your webhosting package, please follow
the instructions as detailed below:
Site
Control Panel Instructions:
Access your Site Control Panel at:
www.yourdomain.com/cpanel
This is where you will setup new mailboxes (add
users), monitor site
statistics and more.
If you need assistance with the Control Panel contact us and we
will be
glad to get you started.
Email
Access Instructions:
Access your email via the web (for each site) at:
www.yourdomain.com/webmail/
User name and password are:
[the full email address]
[the user's given password]
For pop3 email using an email
client such as Outlook Express:
Servers
Incoming mail (POP3): mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing mail (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com
Account: enter your full email address here
- example:
username@yourdomain.com
Password: enter the user password here
Outgoing Mailserver:
Be sure to check 'My server requires authentication'
FTP
Instructions:
To upload your file, use the following info:
ftp.yourdomain.com
Then enter your supplied user name and password.
NOTE:
Files for public access (your website) should be uploaded to the
public_html directory. Files and directories outside the public_html
directory are not accessible to the public. The www directory
is just a link to the public_html directory.
Domain
Name Management:
To access your Domain Name control panel and to make any changes,
Click HERE! then log-in using your domain name and assigned password.
